questions and answers
Many companies talk about culture, but find it difficult to measure. Culture Cockpit makes culture visible, comparable, and controllable—at the team and organizational levels.
The culture within a team describes how the people in the team subjectively feel and what guides their actions. Making this visible and measurable makes it possible to assess the resilience of the team and support it with appropriate measures.
By measuring individually selectable criteria and time points, it is possible to visualize how a team is developing toward the desired culture. The subjective perceptions of all team members are always surveyed. This represents the most honest measurement point within the team.
In addition, a customized AI chatbot assists in evaluating the measurements, comparing them with other companies/industries/countries (based on the annual Culture Cockpit Survey in collaboration with the University of Rotterdam), and planning appropriate team development measures.
On the one hand, Culture Cockpit supports managers who value culture and teamwork. It enables them to plan interventions and measure their success. And based on the measurements, it provides an honest data basis for team meetings and reviews.
The anonymous measurements give employees the good feeling of being valued and visible.
By comparing their own measurements with the team status, they receive a personal assessment and, with the support of AI, individual impulses for personal development.
Integration into existing virtual work platforms (including Microsoft Teams) is handled by the administration from the familiar environment within the company.
The Culture Cockpit regularly surveys team members’ subjective perceptions of the values using freely selectable measurement points. The measurement takes no more than two minutes to complete and can be carried out on any device.
The evaluation is immediate and the results are always visible right away.
Changes in the measurements are visible on the timeline, so that developments can be tracked at any time.
All data is collected anonymously and processed in accordance with the GDPR.
Our team provides support by moderating and facilitating cultural workshops to identify the most effective levers and metrics in team culture.
We also assist with the technical implementation and setup of the Culture Cockpit solution.
