Questions and Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

What problem does Culture Cockpit solve?

Many companies talk about culture, but they can hardly measure it. Culture Cockpit makes culture visible, comparable, and manageable—at both the team and organizational levels.

Team culture describes how team members subjectively perceive their environment and what guides their behavior. Making this visible and measurable allows us to assess the team’s resilience and support it through appropriate measures.

By measuring custom-selectable criteria and at specific time points, it becomes clear how a team is progressing toward its desired culture. This process consistently gauges the subjective perceptions of all team members, which provides the most honest measure of the team’s state.

In addition, a customized AI chatbot assists in evaluating the metrics, comparing results with other companies, industries, and countries (based on the annual Culture Cockpit Survey conducted in collaboration with the University of Rotterdam), and planning appropriate team development initiatives.

On the one hand, the Culture Cockpit supports leaders who prioritize team culture and collaboration. It enables them to plan interventions and measure their success. And based on these metrics, it provides an honest data foundation for team meetings and reviews.

For employees, the anonymous assessments give them the positive feeling of being valued and recognized.

By comparing their own assessment results with the team’s status, they receive a personal evaluation and, with AI support, individual suggestions for personal development.

Integration into existing virtual work platforms (including Microsoft Teams) allows administrators to manage the system from within the company’s familiar environment.

The Culture Cockpit regularly surveys team members’ subjective perceptions of the values using customizable metrics. The survey takes no more than 2 minutes to complete and can be conducted on any device.

The results are analyzed immediately and are always visible right away.

Changes in the survey results are visualized on a timeline, allowing you to track progress at any time.

All data is collected anonymously and processed in accordance with the GDPR.

Our team provides support by facilitating and guiding cultural workshops to identify the most effective levers and metrics within the team culture.

We also assist with the technical implementation and setup of the Culture Cockpit solution.
